BCP has a growing portfolio of electric vehicle clients and provides bonding, supporting and cooling plates for batteries. We manufacture many different parts for an electric battery. This includes the upper housing, cell modules, battery housing, underbody protection and base plate cooling. These parts can be used in both cars and buses.

It is a legally binding contract between oneself and another party, whereby it is agreed to not disclose information you have shared for a specific purpose.
BCP has added an additional option to their range of finishes, with the ability to print graphics directly onto the aluminium skin’s surface. With the direct print surface finish, panels can either be completely covered or left transparent in areas allowing the aluminium to remain visible and producing a striking effect.
As well as flat aluminium composite panels, BCP also produce lightweight and durable curved aluminium honeycomb composite panels. They can be engineered to be extremely strong and supportive, yet not add excess weight. Their durability also means they are able to withstand a large amount of interaction with external forces while still remaining in good condition.
BCP’s aluminium honeycomb composite panels can be customised in multiple ways, such as fitting composite panel inserts, and are often used by bespoke furniture manufacturers, looking for unique materials.
High Pressure Laminate (HPL) is made by fusing layers of cellulose fibres (paper) and phenolic resins together under intense heat and high pressure. The thermosetting process converts the phenolic resins into plastic and the cellulose fibres into one single laminated sheet with one decorative side.
